Batten Up House is the gradual overhaul of a sweet old Edwardian cottage hidden under tired renovations.
Stage 1: In this stage, the sad, bad 1980s carport was peeled away to present a warm new welcoming face in the street. The carport function is retained and the overall scope of work is modest but its affect is dramatic for neighbours and residents.
