Happened to cruise by the Espy a couple of weeks ago - sorry slow to post - and saw the first signs of action on site. Hoardings are up, fencing is up - are the renos underway at last? All of St Kilda hopes so. The whole suburb is just that bit sadder without the grand old lady in action.
